Our unit is a two-story townhome located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach (Laguna Beach) close to the beaches of 30A (Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seagrove, Blue Mountain Beach).  There are only 23 units in our building, so you have plenty of room on the privately owned beach.  

You will enjoy the ground level access to the front door and walk directly outside onto the white sandy beaches.  The kitchen and living areas are new and comfortable with everything you need for your vacation! The kitchen is bright and clean with stainless appliances and there is a stack washer/dryer in the downstairs half bath.  There is a reserved parking spot directly in front of the door, and a second parking spot is also available across the lot.  The unit has high speed internet, Cable TV, and two Smart TV's.  We also provide a new gas grill for your use if you choose to cook at home.  We provide six beach towels, beach chairs, a tote full of sand toys for lots of summer fun.

The master bedroom has a King Size Bed with a new mattress and bedding.   There is a private balcony off the master with comfortable beach chairs to enjoy the early morning or watch the moon and stars at night.  The sound of the waves makes it a perfect spot to wind down, read a book, or just people watch.  The master bath boasts a walk-in tiled shower and is ensuite with linens provided.  The guest bedroom has a new queen size bed and twin over full bunkbeds - perfectly set up for families with children.   There is also an attached guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Our location is brimming with kid-friendly places, guaranteeing smiles and laughter for all ages.
