Check in process was very easy. Condo was great, only issue is living room TV has a blue tint but we really didn’t use it much. It’s a large facility and we were there during fall break so the beach was more crowded than I’m used to during the summer months. My daughter enjoyed the pool areas even with the colder water temps of October. Ocean still felt great though. Condo is fairly quiet at night. Very nice to have a pack ‘n’ play, beach wagon, chairs, and beach toys already there so didn’t have to pack that. Enclosed parking garage made loading/unloading in the rain easy and was able to park very close to the room. Hosts are very quick to respond to any messages.

!Our 4 night stay at this location was one of the best experiences we've ever had! Everything was above and beyond our expectations! The beds were comfy, the kitchen and appliances were greatly appreciated and there was plenty of space to spread out! We felt right at home here! Check in/out was super easy, and any host communications were quickly addressed! We will definitely plan to stay again!

This unit is perfect for my family!!!! My kids love the bunk nook!!! They loved the curtains that they could pull back to make it like a “fort”. We come to FWB every June and September and now we hope to stay at this unit every time!!!!

We’ve stayed at this property about 6 times since it 1st open. Love the layout, nice to have indoor parking. Plenty of restaurants in the area. On the beach. Only draw back this year I wasn’t able to get ocean view, always enjoy my morning coffee looking out at the ocean. Sent lots of pictures to Facebook everyday

My husband, son and I have been coming to FWB for about 5 years now and love it. We didn’t need this large of a condo but at this price, we couldn’t pass it up! First, the pictures do not even do the condo itself justice. This is by far the cleanest condo we’ve stayed in! It’s simply beautiful and tastefully decorated. Kendra and Chris were absolutely AMAZING hosts…I have NEVER had hosts that were so thorough and communicated like they did. The pride they have for their property shows and you can tell that they care about their renters enjoying their stay. To me, that says a lot! The pools are great, my son loved them. The beach is just amazing. There isn’t a view but since we’ve been here several times, we know what’s out there! Everything that is mentioned in the listing is provided in the condo. The welcome binder was very thoughtful and we chose a restaurant or two that we’ve never been to from there! We felt very “at home” here…my 10 year old didn’t want to leave! That’s a first! Usually by day 5 he’s ready to go home! I could go on and on…we were just very happy with our stay and would most definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to this area looking for a spacious condo for their family. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to staying here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our time here! Especially being able to spend the day at the beach which is right behind the building and visiting some of the surrounding places for entertainment. This place is in a wonderful location and you won’t be disappointed.

I would highly recommend the Sugary Shores Vacations Rental at Waterscape! We did a couples vacation for my 30th Birthday and it was a perfect getaway! The condo is very cute, clean and well decorated. The beach and pools are awesome and there is so much to do here! We will be back for future trips with family and friends!

IS THERE AN OCEAN VIEW?
A325 features a partial ocean view. You can see the ocean between the Waterscape building and the next door hotel. from the patio, you can see limited views of the ocean and bay that is on the other side of the island as well. Inside, the largest master will have a limited view of the ocean. In all other areas of the condo, your view is mostly a Birds Eye view of parking lot next door. Most guests that book consider it a worthy trade off for the lower nightly rate so they can enjoy more fun excursions while on vacation!
LOCATION:
Located Just 10 Minutes from Destin, Florida, Waterscape sits on Okaloosa Island. Conveniently placed directly on Waterscapes private in Fort Walton Beach! There are over 50 different restaurants and attractions within a 5-10 minute walk, or a 5 minute drive!!
SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:
Sleep like a baby on our king sized beds with memory foam mattresses. The comforters are an accommodating medium insulation. We have plenty of extra blankets and throws on those chilly beach breeze nights.
Extra sleeping accommodations can be made on the sleeper pull-out sofa bed. Hotel quality curtains block out the light completely so you can keep catching those highly sought after ZzZz's!
An adorably decorated separate bunk house is located right off of the dining area. It's superb at keeping the kids feeling safe being nearby, where you'll be lounging after bedtime.
