Stayed all over 30-A and Destin and this was very top of the list. Place is huge, location was great, pool was perfect and Todd was very proactive without being a hassle. Early April spring break is typically too cold to swim in the ocean even if you ged a sunny 67 not too windy day, which we did, so a heated pool is a real game changer for that time of the year.We were two couples with a group of teen girls - the upstairs TV room and seperate downstairs tv room gave us all great hang out space. The balconies were great as well as the roof top. Everything was in tip top shape from the house, linens, dishes, 6 person golf cart and the 4 beach bikes! Thanks for a great stay.

This home was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. We have my entire side of the family (7 adults and 6 small kids) for this trip and the rooms, heated pool, and fully stocked kitchen were game changers. You can walk to the beach that is two blocks away and the golf cart was extra bonus fun for all of us. I'd absolutely recommend this home for families or adult gatherings, it fit everything!

The house was truly perfect for our large family, and helped us to achieve the family vacation we were hoping to. The space was beautifully set up for all 8 of our familys to spend time swimming, cooking and hanging out, and also getting some alone time in our own rooms. Bathrooms with each room was a huge plus, too!

Vista is a wonderful place to stay for a large family like ours. It is not only beautifully appointed but also impeccably clean. Our kids and adults enjoyed the heated pool even on the chillier days. It is a short walk to the beach and shopping is very accessible too. Todd and his family are very responsive and prepared us well for our stay with helpful emails detailing instructions for use of amenities on the property. I would highly recommend this home to any group looking for a large roomy space.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family. Perfect location, wonderful neighborhood, beautiful home. Take my money, now! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. The information given prior to and upon check in was thorough, helpful, accurate and informative. Probably the best Airbnb I believe Ive ever stayed in! If youre undecided on this one, dont be! Book it! You wont be disappointed!

We had 4 families (16 people) and we felt like we had plenty of space with numerous spaces to lounge. The beach was so close that the golf cart wasnt even needed but loved having the option to get to other places. Very clean and we felt right at home.

This vacation rental was absolutely AMAZING!! The house was spotless from top to bottom and had MORE THAN every thing we needed! Decorwas perfectly placed with the most beautiful pics to match the color schemes. Beds were very comfortable. Abundance of towels and rags for the guest. Just awesome! Omgthe kitchen has every pot, pan, dish and bowl you need to prepare any meal. I absolutely loved everything about this house and location. WiFi reception in the area isnt the best but we made the best of it. Cant wait to revisit and book again. ~Worth every Penny~~My 1st Five Star Review Ever~
