We enjoyed our Spring Break here at Todds home despite the weather we made the most of our experience. House was spacious for all of us had a few minor issues with toilet but maintenance was there to fix it within the hour.Todd instructions was very thorough and clear.

This was our first time to Destin and we knew very little about the area. We came down with moms and daughters on spring break. Everyone was so excited when we got to the house to find the views, location and home layout even better than expected! We had a great time spending the day at the beach, swimming in the pool and taking the golf cart to dinner at different spots down the beach. Todd and his team sent great information of things to do and places to eat. We went on the boat ride to see dolphins and checkout crab island and ate a lot of local seafood. The girls enjoyed the beach and boardwalk. We hope to return with just adults for a golf trip next time. Thank you again for a memorable week in your beautiful Destin home!!

Our family, along with two other families, stayed at Splash for a winter vacation, and definitely enjoyed it. The location is perfect, right across from the beach, and walkable to stores and restaurants. Although the temps were only in the 60's, we were still able to enjoy the heated pool and the sunny beach. The home itself is very nice, although there is some wear and tear here and there. Couch and beds were all very comfortable. The ping pong table in the backyard got a lot of use! We loved having the guest house with the extra bedrooms, as that was the perfect place for the four boys on the trip. Unfortunately, the heat wasn't working in the guest house, but once reported the host provided blankets and a space heater, and the heating company came out quickly to fix. There were a few hiccups with the golf cart (lost the charge mid-trip and got a flat tire) but luckily host was so responsive and things were fixed quickly!I definitely recommend this place and the hosts!

We had a great stay for our family vacation that we shared with a couple other families. There was plenty of room for all of us and the property met all of our needs. Very clean, well furnished and we appreciated the extras like the golf cart, paddle boards and ping-pong table. The pool was great for when we where done at the beach for the day, but still wanted to swim and hang out. Beach access was extremely close, easy and convenient. We would definitely book this rental again.

Todd and his family were amazing hosts. I highly recommend staying at their home in Destin. They were very quick to respond and had thorough instructions for everything at the house! My friends and I had an amazing time. We hope to come back again in the future.

The home was an excellent amount of space for our entire crew - the large sofa, kitchen and pool were great. The maintenance crew was incredibly kind when we realized we just didnt know how to turn on the pool light :) Todd and everyone were incredibly helpful in communicating with us before and during our trip. The location was perfect - steps from the beach - made for easy walks to keep our kids occupied, even in the rain. The home could use some minor TLC, but overall it was great!

Very nice experience. Todd was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was better than we expected especailly to the Beach access. Golf cart use makes getting around much easier. The property overall is nice and offers good space for a large group.
