We had a great week at Vibe. Just what we needed for a little break. The house was great, has great amenities, and the heated pool and hot tub were amazing for December weather. Todd and his family were super welcoming, friendly, and very responsive. The house has great beach access and very close to the charming towns of Seaside and Watercolor.

House was large enough for our adult children and their families; the carriage house was a great space for my husband and I providing us with some quiet in the morning when the young grandchildren were up early!The pool was a hit for the kids especially in the cooler weather. The golf cart was a life saver when going to the populated areas with little parking. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make a Thanksgiving meal without issue. Responsiveness to any issues that arose was immediate and resolved to our satisfaction.I would definitely recommend Todd's place for those visiting 30A!

Two families, 13 people in total. Loved the private pool and that the golf cart was included. This house was cozy. We liked that the hot tub could be heated despite the hot weather. We actually needed it at times! Close access to the beach via the golf cart. We would stay here again!

The place was incredibly spacious. We stayed with a large family, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The beds were comfortable; the house was immaculate; and the kids loved the pool. It was also very easy to get to the beach from the house, and we loved the options for travel. The bikes and the golf cart were wonderful additions. He was very responsive with communication, and answered all of our questions. For example, one of the bikes had a flat tire, and with an email, someone showed up to fill all of the bikes' tires. We will definitely chose to stay at Todd's place again! It was a great choice for our family.

The Space
We’ve curated local artisan furnishings along with our favorite toys (paddleboards, golf carts, kayaks, private pool and a killer family game closet) in order to create unforgettable beach memories.
With 7 bedrooms (including a carriage house with private entrance), Vibe offers a large sleeping capacity while maintaining its vintage Florida cottage charm.
Walk through the french doors to relax in the (seasonally heated) pool and hot-tub. Grill up some local seafood in our outdoor dining area (which is screened for your pest-free enjoyment). Play cornhole (a beach classic) in Vibe’s tree-lined, private backyard. Decompress with a local wine in the master suite’s jacuzzi tub. Or create your gourmet masterpiece in Vibe’s generously-equipped quartz and stainless kitchen.
Not a cookie-cutter subdivision house with zero privacy. Vibe is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in SugarBeach: an upscale neighborhood of custom homes on Florida’s breath-taking 30A. And don’t worry, unlike the electric rental carts that can only be run for an hour before they die and leave you stranded, our fuel-injected, Yamaha, quiet gas cart can take you all over the 30A’s 17 miles of stunning coastal scenery on just a couple of bucks in fuel.

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.
