We just left our week vacation in Destin..our first time there! We absolutely loved it..the condo was perfect for my husband and I..had everything we needed..and very clean & cute! Loved how it was gated and had security…one pool was close by and laundry room..loved the private beach across the street that you can walk or drive too..and was great having beach chairs and umbrella included..had some amazing drinks at the little bar on the beach..everything was perfect cant wait to go back!! Gina was an exceptional host! It is very well decorated and well stocked with anything you might need. There was a minor issue with the air conditioner and Gina responded almost immediately. She checked back in to be sure the issue was resolved. Beach service being included was a plus. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was CLEAN, nicely decorated and close to the beach! My six year old son absolutely loved the short walk down to the pool. Location of Sandpiper Cove is perfect! Close to activities, shopping and restaurants! We loved having beach service provided, however they do not open until 9am.

My friend and I had a great week in Destin. The studio was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location to all the nice restaurants and shopping. We felt very safe with the on-site security. This is my third time to stay at Gina’s studio and I can’t wait to return.

My daughter and I just left Gina’s little piece of paradise at Sandpiper Cove in Destin! It is perfectly situated between Panama City and over toward Navarre Beach and easy drives. The studio is on second level so there are outside status. It is adorable Lt decorated. And over looks one of the 5 pools. We enjoyed the hot tub(there are 3). Sandpiper Cove Private beach is a few minutes walk, has its own beach front bar and grill. Gina provides 2 beach chairs and umbrella already set up for you in the beach! This was a BIG plus for us!!! Sandpiper cove is a gated community as well as the private beach access gates. Gina is very attentive and makes sure you are settled and having a good time! Thank you Gina. Look forward to coming to Destin Fla again!!

Our family of four loved our stay in this studio condo! It’s perfectly centered in between all the great things of Destin. The short walk or drive to the beach is fantastic. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Very clean and nicely decorated studio condo! Nice deck out back, one of several resort pools near the condo along with laundry facilities by the pool. A great pitch and play golf course is just around the corner the other direction. My grandson played it multiple times. He loved it! The beach is just a few minutes away from condo. We were comfortable, felt safe with the resort security and there was plenty to do at the resort and nearby! Gina was a wonderful host! Would love to stay here again!

Studio was clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect size for a couple or with a couple little ones! Easy walk and access to the beach. Beach has a adult beverages and food. Walking distance to food, coffee shop & souvenir shop! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Gina Shaffer is an awesome host!!

The studio is perfect for a couple getaway and CLEAN! Steps to the beach, with beach chair service and Gina is the perfect host! She is very fast to return a text and helpful with each step. We had a great time at Ms.Gina’s place! Ms. Gina is great to work with, the place is nice and beautiful! The complex has many amenities! Beach within walking distance maybe 5 minutes if that! Nice little coffee shop less than 10 minutes walk! Could not have asked for a better place! The on-site restaurant was delicious! Felt very safe and secure too!

Just so happened to be looking for a place at sandpiper cove when I found Gina’s Gem and the dates were perfect for my family’s Summer vacation which happen to fall in line with my birthday and the 4th of July! We stayed here for the first time May 19-23. Loved that it was quiet. Not far from the beach or pool! My absolute favorite thing was the huge bath tub. Gina was so sweet and caring. Definitely will be back!

Gina’s rental was probably one of the CLEANEST AND WELL APPOINTED Airbnb’s I’ve EVER stayed at and I am a seasoned world traveler. Great security and steps to the sugar sand beach! There even was a pool right outside the condo. I couldn’t recommend it more highly

My family and I stayed at Gina’s condo for a relaxing few days at the beach and that’s EXACTLY what we got! The beach service + super easy stroll to and from the beach was PERFECT (especially traveling with a 3 year old). Everything you could need is right there in the condo. We especially appreciated the extra towels, linens, and pillows. The condo is SO close to everything (restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) and that made all the difference as well. We seriously can’t say enough about our experience. BOOK IT! You won’t regret it!

I had the pleasure of staying in Gina’s studio for 3 months while in Destin for work. It is in a great area of the Sandpiper Cove resort. From the balcony you have a view of one of the pools. 3 minute walk to hot tubs and heated pool. 5 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beach. All the kitchen amenities you would need for cooking. Beautifully decorated with beach vibe decor. Spotlessly cleaned.. Gina was a text away if I needed anything. Awesome host! I hope to have the pleasure of staying again. Also Some very good restaurants and coffee shop within walking distance. Thanks Gina!!!!

We are leaving today from a week in paradise. This little place was so perfect for my family of 4. My youngest who is 9 loved sleeping with his older brother, who is 14, on the comfy queen sized pull out bed— this I would have never dreamed would have been quite as positive! The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities and bathroom with all the necessary amenities plus more! The walk to the beach was quick, safe and convenient. The boys loved the pool in the evenings and my husband and I loved the close proximity to the room so we could watch them from the balcony. We don’t want to leave this beautiful beach area, we loved the water taxi ride across the harbor and the convenience of the businesses and restaurants.

This condo is located in a great location of the Sand Piper community. Security and great location for families or a couple looking to run away. Located walking distance to the beach and located close to stores, restaurants and more in the heart of Destin. The condor is decorated with lots of room for clothes and kitchen is big enough to cook at home every night if need be. Can’t wait to book again!

You will only have a short walk to the beach or you can take a water taxi to the Harbor with shopping and many other restaurants as well as boat , jet skis and other water sport options. Gina (the owner) is a pleasure to work with and very helpful and caring that you have a good vacation here. My wife and I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice week of peace and quiet. I went before the kids and families filled up the area. The beach was chilly but not crowded. Sunrise and sunsets were astonishing. Very peaceful and contemplative.

A true beach unit feel as we like. Everything we needed was in the unit. The good surprise was for the wife in the form of a larger than normal bathtub lol. Seriously don't see those in that development. The neighbors by the way were incredibly friendly knowing we were short time visitors and they were more permanent or long term. All wanted to know if we were having a good time and were sorry we were leaving so soon. Fun talking to neighbors along the way while playing golf and nearly hitting all of them lol! The whole development is being repaired from normal wear and tear to the last huge storm and it is looking nice. Rick's has opened on the beach and is a nice amenity. Wish we had a place at Sandpiper. Can't miss at Louisiana Lagniappe and you only have to walk a few steps! Owner very great to work with. Highly recommend.

She gave the most detailed info of her place as well as a lot of great pic , she also answered any questions I had while I was there . We had the best time! Gina made booking so easy and even checked on us to make sure we made it safely. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure you feel at home while there. We rode the water taxi to the Harborwalk and it was a gorgeous view and very relaxing. The pool was great and it was a super short walk to the beach which was also amazing because it wasn’t over crowded. If we go back to Destin this will be my #1 choice in condo rentals.

We have always tried to do one of the high rise condos when we come to Destin, but we stumbled upon Sandpiper Cove trying to find a little more affordable option. We absolutely loved it. It was the perfect size, it came with everything that we needed, and although we weren’t right on the beach, it was a short two minute walk, and we had a private walkway to make sure we stayed safe. We absolutely will be back again, and Mrs. Gina made sure we had everything we needed!

The harbor taxi was one of my favorite things to do, it will take you to anywhere on Harbor walk. The owner was such a pleasure to book with.
