We had a great time at Real Sandy. Very well appointed, comfortable and spacious. There were only three of us, so we had ample room. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything that you need and the gas grill was very helpful for the nights we didn't to go out to eat. Very short walk to the beach and Kenny D's or Capt Dave's on the Gulf. The pavilion was a wonderful thing to be able to have a bathroom, refreshments and a place to get out of the sun for a minute. The chair and umbrella is a must, makes life so much easier. We really appreciated the wagon and extra chairs. If you get the chance, Christian at the pavilion was a blast to get to know, plus he will move your seats front row. This was our first time to Miramar Beach/Destin area and we really enjoyed the laid back vibe of the community and the beach. Thanks for having us

"Real Sandy" provided our families a wonderful beach vacation getaway! The house accommodated our 7 very well. It's location in this charming community was great - about a 3 minute walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the pool (didn't even need the beach tram!) Beach pavilion with restrooms and refreshments was nice! The house was beautifully decorated and kitchen was spacious. We enjoyed sitting underneath the fan on the screened porch, which never got direct sun and was very relaxing. Thank you Jay and Betty for sharing your lovely home with us!

This is a great house to stay at for your Beach vacation. It has everything you need there for you. Enough room for 11 people Kitchen supplies,Dishwasher,Washer/Dryer,Beach supplies,Games,3bathrooms,Bunkbeds,Towels,etc. The gated community has a basketball court,tennis court and 2 pools. It’s a 3 minute walk to the Beach. Several Golf courses within 10 miles. Several family things to do within 10 miles. We all loved it.

Our family had a great time in Real Sandy! We have stayed in several of Jay & Betty's properties and this one is a winner. It's a cute and clean beach house with easy access to the Emerald Shores beach and their pavilion. It's located on Jade Cove, so close the south entrance of the community. The kids loved the location too. We will be back next year!
