This beautiful 12th floor beachfront condo in the Silver Shells St. Maarten building has more than 2,000 square feet of living space and 360 square feet of balcony space. The living room, dining room, and master bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to private balconies with spectacular views overlooking the pool, beaches, and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This condominium has a private elevator that opens up directly into the unit.

This 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. A living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony. Association Rules you will want to make sure you are aware of: This property has very strict occupancy codes. No more than eight guests can occupy this unit, or the association will ask guests to depart. You can set up the beach chairs anywhere on the beach. You can only set up beach chairs. No umbrellas or tents in front of the beach service set ups. If you want to set up tents or umbrellas you have to do this to the right or the left of the beach service which is the public beach.

The pool is heated for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's weeks. The pool will is heated for the Spring Break season ( Approximately March 12th through April 10th).

Parking: Only 2 cars per unit are allowed on the property, one in the assigned parking area and one in the over flow area. No golf carts, trailers, U-Hauls, jet skis, boats, or RVs on property. This is strictly enforced by the security team.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
