Vacation At Its Finest presents the newly renovated "Seaview Escape", located in the highly sought after, Inlet Beach. This home has been carefully designed offering 2 master suites, 2 additional bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a roof top terrace with a peek view of the Gulf of Mexico.

You’ll enter the home through a beautiful foyer on the first floor where you will find the first master suite with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Attached, there is an ensuite with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

The second floor has an open living concept where you’ll find the kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and quartz counter tops, the dining room where you’ll enjoy your family meals and the living room with an abundance of seating and an attached walk out balcony. Additionally, there are two bedrooms located on the second floor. The first bedroom offers a king bed with an adjacent bunk room with twin bunks and a pullout trundle. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo off the hallway for both, second floor bedroom guests to share.

The third level offers the beautiful second master suite with a king size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a desk for working remotely, and an ensuite with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. As you make your way out of the master suite, you’ll find a stunning roof top terrace with custom design turf, an outside sectional sofa, string lights and a gorgeous peek view of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a perfect space for sharing a bottle of wine at night, morning time yoga or for teenagers that need a bit of privacy.

The oversized garage offers a ping pong table, 10 backpack Beach Chairs, a Beach Umbrella, Beach Toys, beach wagon, beach towels, a Gas Grill and a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars and there is additional room for street parking.

The home is just 1/2 mile from the closest public beach access point (Phillips Inlet) and has a total of four beach access points all within 1.5 miles radius. Seaview Escape is near boutique, upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue but also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. The home is only a 20-minute drive from Panama City Airport.

Inlet Beach Regional Access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. A half-mile walk to the east is Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell. Just offshore is one of South Walton's artificial reefs, a focal point for snorkeling and SCUBA with abundant fish, dolphins, and sea turtles.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests shall be required to sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest as well as provide a valid government issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport, for verification of age and identity. Minimum age to rent is 25. No Exceptions.
