We had such a fun time at Waterscape. Very family oriented and the kids had a blast! (Kids ages range from 12 to 4) so many wonderful activities each day my kids loved the pirate show, glow night, movie night and the fireworks! Lots of things nearby to do as well. Danica made everything super easy and the condos were very well thought out and comfortable. Beds were amazing! Which is such a plus! We all enjoyed a excursion to crab island and I highly recommend going for anyone visiting Destin, it's a must! We can not wait to visit again and will definitely book with Danica when we come back.

Our first family vacation here is just what we needed. The kids swam in the pools every day. Having the wagon to haul our toddler down to the beach was much needed since we didn't have any room to pack our own. Our room was nice and roomy for our family of 7 and had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was the smell of Marijuana almost daily around the pool areas, but that is no fault of Danica's. Just wished others would be more considerate since it is a kid friendly condo. We definitely plan to go back and thank you so much for helping with our first family vacation. It was better than we had imagined.

Renting from Danica at Waterscape was the best decision I've ever made!! The room was very nice and super clean!! The kids have had a blast and we haven't left the hotel!! We loved our stay at the Waterscape. This was our 2nd year staying there, and the first time we rented through Danica. She was very responsive and very helpful. We utilized many of her recommendations for restaurants and things to do.
The Waterscape resort is a great place for families. The beaches are beautiful and the many pools are a great option for kids (although still pretty cold in April!). The unit had everything we needed, as well as some useful extras (like the beach wagon and toys.) Our kids are already begging us to go back!

Facilities are awesome and units are everything you need. Stayed in a310 with 2 beds and a bunk room. Unit came clean with starter stock to ease into your vacation. Waterscape sits on the edge of town so easy access to everything but you can stay out of the hub in the self contained facility. Publix a mile away. Beach access out your front door with 2 beach chairs for comfort. As always Danica's communication is the best and makes working with her a joy.

After two years of COVID, my husband and I plus our extended family were finally able to take a vacation. We decided to go to Waterscape Rentals on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida (close to Destin). We all had a wonderful time. We rented our condo from Danica. I am definitely "old-school", but Danica walked me through how to make an initial deposit and final condo payments in a very efficient way - she's a dynamo! The condo we stayed in had everything we needed except for the food we purchased ourselves. The kitchen was stocked with all our needed supplies. There was also a washer and a dryer in the unit!!
Beach supplies (wagon, two chairs, umbrella, toys, tubes, etc.) were in the condo when we arrived. There was even an air pump in the condo to blow up the tubes!
The deck overlooked all the pools, and there were many of them (cool water, heated, lazy river, jacuzzi). I counted four grills by the pools for those vacationers who wanted to grill their dinners and eat in their condos or by the pools.
The sand on the beach was like cake flour - white and clean. My young granddaughters just laid down and rolled in it everyday. There's lots more to say. . . . but I would recommend that you visit Waterscape yourself to discover what a great time you will have there.

We stayed in unit A310 the week of March 26,2022. The unit was clean and updated. The unit was well stocked and had kitchen spices, waffle maker, blender, crock pot (all of these things I usually bring with me). There was a box on the patio with rafts, sand toys and boogie boards ðŸ‘. There were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella as well as a pack n play in the second bedroom closet. The washer and dryer were large capacity and worked very well! Danica was very responsive to any questions we had and there was even a gift on the kitchen table when we arrived (a beach bag with our name on it). Most importantly, THE BEDS WERE SO COMFORTABLE!!! We will definitely rent from Danica again and will highly recommend her!

A310 and the whole Waterscape property was fantastic!!!! All areas of facility and room are well maintained! Not sure if all units come with this, but our unit has two beach chairs plus one umbrella everyday FOR FREE! Also, included red wagon for easy beach transportation. Tiki bar poolside was SO convenient for lunch and snacks! Danica (property manager) was so helpful and prompt to address any of our issues or questions. Maybe the best part though was LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! It’s so conveniently located around SO many restaurants within walking distance. We only drove to store and one restaurant the entire week! Just a GREAT vacation! We will definitely be back!

The unit we stayed in was well stocked, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The unit we rented was clean and everything was in perfect working condition. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Danica has thought of everything to make your stay perfect from beach chairs, cooler, air pump, games, etc…. I brought several items I never even took out of the car because it was so well stocked. Communication was excellent between Danica and my family. The resort was nice and a good gym for a vacation resort. The beach service included is a huge benefit. You get what you pay for and we left very pleased with our vacation at Danica's unit.

Waterscape A310 is located on the Florida Panhandle in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area in one of the most popular resorts on the Gulf Coast. We are a 2 bedroom plus bunkroom, 2.5 bath condo with all the perks you'd expect from a 5-star resort, plus many that you haven't yet considered. Waterscape is the Gulf Coast's most fun, family-friendly, BEACHFRONT resort featuring multiple pools with waterfalls, a heated pool, lazy river, waterslide, toddler pool/splash pad, two hot tubs, onsite tiki hut, and MORE!
Waterscape A310 is on the third level in the A building and is located in the desirable "inside" of the U, only 5 units back from the beach. We are conveniently located in the middle of the resort, being one of the first units to the parking garage, elevator, AND pool entrance. This unit offers two king bed master suites, which is perfect for traveling with extended family or another small family. The living room and both bedrooms open to the spacious, sun-kissed patio which includes seating for 4, two lounge chairs, and a deck box filled to the rim with beach toys and floats.
A310 boasts a fully stocked kitchen making cooking-in a breeze (but of course, cooking is optional!). The living room has a sleeper sofa that converts to a Queen size tempurpedic-topped sofa bed, a love seat, and an HDTV in case you need to spend some down time indoors.
A310 is fun and elegant too. It has been carefully designed to feel like home. We have selectively stocked the condo with things you need, but nothing you don't. We offer free beach service, extra beach chairs, a large 8' umbrella, and a beach cart to provide front-row beach seating at your leisure. This equipment is also handy at the pools, as sometimes vacant chairs can be difficult to come by. We furnish an all-terrain wagon for your little ones, a pack-n-play, highchair, and a variety of other items to make your visit easy.
